Questions
- Who owns the site?
- You do. Your content, your domain. If you ever leave, we hand over the files.
- What does the monthly care cover?
- Hosting, keeping the site running and secure, and content changes when you ask for them. CA$50/month for most sites, CA$100/month with custom features. Cancel any time; you keep your content.
- Who pays for the domain?
- You buy your own domain name (usually CA$15 to 30 a year). We connect it for you.
- How long does it take?
- Most sites are live within two weeks of us getting your content. Your quote gives a date.
- Will people find it on Google?
- Every site ships with page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and a Search Console listing, and we help you set up a Google Business Profile.
- What is the footer credit?
- Every site we build carries a small "Website by StandBy Studio" line in its footer. You can remove it for a one-time CA$75.
- What is the founding client rate?
- We are a new studio, so our first 5 new clients get 25% off the build. Same work, same care plan. Once the spots are taken, list prices apply.
